Therapy sessions last for 50 minutes and take place at a fixed time on a weekly basis.
Short-term therapy is effective when dealing with an immediate crisis. Long-term therapy is more far-reaching and offers a greater opportunity for meaningful change, as it is more in-depth. Angela works with you, the client, to develop the type of counselling that works best for you as an individual. She will positively encourage discussion and reflection with you on possible goals or aims that you may have at the outset.
